Yvonne and her partners founded Ceres Capital in late 2018 as a strategic & financial advisory and investment representative firm to reshape the value and engagement of investment through EIR (Entrepreneur In Residence). Ceres Capital’s focus is 5G, AI medical, AI manufacturing, new media and new material/alternative energy. Yvonne has over 20 years of experience in international wireless & telecommunications industry and corporate investments at MTI, CDIB & Partners Investment, H&Q AP, HTC, WI Harper and Infinity Ventures.

To name a few of Yvonne’s significant investments, there are Firstory (a podcast edit/publish platform), iStaging(AR/VR), Health2Sync (personalized diabetes management platform), Platina (edge switching solution), How Living (KOL media platform), Appier (8X, artificial intelligence platform), NextDrive (smart energy aggregator), AMwise (precision medical solution), acaia (a branding smart scare solution), Go Trust (Bio Security Solutions), SoundHound (50X, AI-based voice search tool), F-Road (mobile banking solution in China), Beats, NQ Mobile (mobile security), SpreadTrum (a leading WCDMA solution in China, IPO in NASDAQ 2007), Cavium Networks (a VPN chip solution company, IPO in NASDAQ 2007), Armorize Technologies (a cloud-based (SaaS) anti-malware solution company, acquired by Proofpoint in 2013), A 10 Networks (Layer 4~7 application switch, IPO in NASDAQ in 2014), Transilica (a San Diego-based BL company, acquired by Microtune 2001), Firich (伍豐a POS company IPO in TSEC in 2003), A-Wind (a smarthome solution, acquired by Barco in 2013), Optovue (an optical coherence tomography developer and maker, invested by Delta in 2015), and RFIC Testing (全天時／智森an RFIC testing solution company), etc. Acquisition deals include One & Co, Abaxia(a French company), Saffron Digital (a British company), Dashwire (a US company), etc.

Yvonne has a B.S. in Computer Science from Tamkang University in Taiwan, an M.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Pittsburgh, and received her EMBA from the National Chengchi University in 2007.
