With a Master's degree from the UCLA Institute of Business Administration in California, Tina has worked for Ogilvy Group, Yahoo, Cisco, Trianz Consulting, and other large companies. She co-founded EnvisionRecruit, a marketing agency serving clients in the education industry, in Taiwan. She joined Cherubic Ventures in 2014 to assist the development of global investment projects with her extensive background across the United States and Greater China.

擁有美國加州 UCLA 商學管理研究所碩士學位，成之璇曾任職於奧美集團、美國雅虎、美國思科、Trianz 管理顧問等大型公司，而後於台灣共同創辦 EnvisionRecruit 教育營銷顧問公司。2014年加入心元資本，以橫跨美國及大中華之豐富工作經驗協助心元資本全球投資項目發展。
