Ricardo has led an impressive career as a Product and UI/UX Design leader in his 12 years working in the tech industry in Silicon Valley and Taiwan.

Serving as the Director of Product Design at Bridgewell, Ricardo plays a major role in B2C Product Design, B2B AdTech design, and Design Leadership. Through his commitment to this role, he has helped Bridgewell build the design and research functions, hiring and developing top talent in an extremely competitive market, evangelizing customer-centric thinking and shared UX culture, translating UX to business value through design thinking, and executing interface design across all product lines.

Prior to his current role at Bridgewell, Ricardo worked as a Lead Product Designer at Quantcast in San Francisco, leading product design works for Quantcast Measure, a powerful cross-platform audience measurement trusted by leading publishers. He later led the product design works for Quantcast Advertise Targeting Tool, an AI-Driven Audience Targeting Platform.

Before Quantcast, Ricardo was a Principal UX/UI Architect at Oracle HQ, spearheading designing and prototyping solutions for Oracle’s most strategic pre-sales opportunities on cloud and mobile products. Previously, he was a Senior User Experience Designer at TIBCO Software, where he helped to design the enterprise social collaboration product at TIBCO.

Ricardo holds a master of science degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan and currently resides in Taiwan. He also graduated with a bachelor of science degree from National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Ricardo 領導產品設計開發以及 UI/UX 設計,在舊金山矽谷以及台灣資訊科技界擁有超過12年業界經驗。

Ricardo 於2019年11月從美國舊金山搬回台灣定居, Ricardo 目前在宇匯知識科技擔任產品設計部協理,領導 B2C 電商返利回饋用戶體驗以及數位廣告投放科技操作平台設計。在宇匯建立和完善產品設計部門以及推動使用者研究,並在競爭激烈的產品設計人力市場中挑選最適合人選加入團隊,在公司內部推動用戶優先的設計思考,打造一個共享的 UX 文化,並且成功地將使用者體驗轉化成實際商業價值傳達到公司高層。

Ricardo 在回台灣前,曾經在舊金山廣告科技公司 Quantcast 擔任 Lead Product Designer,主導 Quantcast Measure 受眾洞察工具並成功將原本免費工具改造成替公司帶入數百萬美元的新 SaaS 產品。使用客戶包括美國知名媒體華爾街日報,富比世,納斯達克,Buzzfeed 等。Ricardo 之後主導設計 Quantcast 的新程序化廣告平台,運用 Quantcast 獨有的AI受眾投放技術。

在更之前,Ricardo 在甲骨文公司總部擔任 Principal UX/UI Architect,與眾多財富世界500大公司進行 Oracle 手機雲端產品售前規劃和概念驗證。在甲骨文之前,Ricardo 在矽谷 TIBCO Software 擔任企業社群軟體 tibbr 設計開發,擔任團隊內第一位產品設計師,從零到有,到產品行銷到數百個國家,十多種語言。

Ricardo 畢業於美國密西根大學安娜堡分校,獲得 Human-Computer Interaction 領域碩士學位。Ricardo 擁有國立清華大學資訊工程學士學位,目前定居在台灣。
