Rex Chen joined Intel in 2018 as an Engineering Director at Intel with global R&D lead.
He has over 15+ years of industry experience developing software and productizing mobile technologies including 3G/4G/WiFi at both system and application levels in the U.S. Most recently, he is an evangelist of 5G roll-out for international markets.
Prior to Intel, Rex was with Qualcomm and leads the global factory production support. He has consulted with several start-up companies in the U.S. and currently resides in Silicon Valley (Bay Area California).
Rex is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.

陳俊儒中英文流利，擁有加州大學爾灣分校的 Computer Science 資訊博士學位。
