Papon is currently an Associate at Baker McKenzie Bangkok in the Financial Services Practice Group. His practice focuses on private equity and venture capital financing, capital markets, corporate and securities-related issues, mergers and acquisitions, as well as offshore investments and transactions. His current work includes representing many of Thailand’s leading companies in their business expansions via several high-profile cross-border acquisitions, in addition to supporting the recent growing demands of their venture capital practice.
Graduated from Cornell University’s Law School, Papon is a single handicap golfer and particularly enjoys snowboarding in the winter.
