Steven Ho, the Founder & Chairman of Nine-Yi Capital and 91APP, has been starting up e-commerce businesses since 1998. With over 17 years of experience in e-commerce, he is a recurring entrepreneur in the internet industry with proven track records in the industry.

His first company created the most prominent C2C web site (ubid.com.tw) and B2C web site (bid.com.tw) in Taiwan. The company was then acquired by eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) in 2002. Steven and his team established another new B2C company - Monday Tech in 2002 later which focused on B2C. Monday Tech thrived and once again became the largest B2C company by both volume and transactions in 2007. In 2008, the company was then acquired by Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YAHOO) .

After acquisition, he was invited to hold the General Manager position of Yahoo! Kimo e-commerce group for 3 years, managing 500+ employees. During this time, the world economy was experiencing turmoil which inevitably resulted in devastating crises, however under Ho's leadership the e-commerce group demonstrated no sign of weakness and revenue actually doubled. The e-commerce group’s GMV was over USD $1.5 billion in 2011. Since 2011, Steven Ho has focused on e-commerce’s and m-commerce’s venture investments and startups. In 2014, he became chairman of 91APP.

Steven 參與創辦力傳資訊和興奇科技,創造了當時臺灣業績最大的 C2C 網站和 B2C 網站。力傳於2002年為 eBay(NASDAQ: EBAY)併購,興奇於2008年為 Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YAHOO)併購。Steven 並於2008年擔任雅虎奇摩(臺灣)電子商務事業群總經理, 下轄購物中心、超級商城、拍賣三大服務,2011年營業規模已有500億新台幣。

自2011年起,Steven 專注于電子商務和移動互聯網的風險投資與創業項目。除擔任多家新創公司董事,2014並擔任91APP 董事長。
