With 18 years of experience in investment banking, Kurt's areas of expertise include venture investments and strategic M&A. Kurt is the Managing Partner at ORION Venture Partners, an investment firm focusing on TMT, new media, AI & Data driven tech, and conventional industries. With experiences in Lehman Brothers and Nomura (London and HK), he is experienced in corporate restructuring and direct investment projects in Greater China. Before ORION, he was a partner at Seeds of Innovation, an early stage investment company focused on early stage investment.
Kurt holds an MBA from London Business School and serves on the board of LBS alumni overseas (IAB).
Kurt 有超過18年投資銀行與直接投資經歷，專擅領域為直接投資、商業併購與企業重組等。現為 ORION Venture Partners 管理合夥人; ORION Venture 是 Kurt 與泰國正大集團共同成立專注於早期投資的創業投資基金，管理團隊來自兩岸三地網路企業創辦人與專業投資人，投資領域專注於創新網路服務、新媒體科技、體育運動相關產業;
在創立 ORION Venture 之前，Kurt 任職於豐新資本，投資領域橫跨生醫生農、網路及傳產。他也曾任職於雷曼兄弟（倫敦&香港），擁有多項大中華區策略融資與國際併購案經驗。2011年後回到台灣成立種子管理顧問公司，協助早期新創投資與企業策略整合。
Kurt 擁有 London Business School MBA 學位, 並擔任 LBS 海外校友董事會的一員。
