HsiaoTing (Hitomi) Kao has a broad range of experiences working with corporates and startups
across multiple industries including MedTech, Information and Communication Technology.
Formerly part of the Taipei Computer Association, she worked closely with corporate in the ICT
sector to support them succeed in the global markets and was also involved in multi-stakeholder government initiatives. Whilst part of the investment department of Venturecraft, she
oversees Venturecraft's investment interests in Taiwan and leads the formulation of high-impact partnerships with critical stakeholders of the company. Currently at KPMG, she is working
closely with the Management Consulting, Financial and Legal Experts within the Startups &
Innovation Services Team to conceptualize and build solutions that make business grow.
Hitomi is an honoree of Girls In Tech Taiwan 40 Under 40 of 2018 and has a good command of
transforming operations into strategic cost-efficient entities with a priority to achieve business goals.
Hitomi 在與醫療科技及資通訊等多個行業的企業和新創公司合作方面擁有廣泛的經驗。她過去曾是台北市電腦公會海外拓銷及產業合作群的一員，與台灣資通訊行業的企業密切合作，支持他們在全球市場取得成功。作為 Venturecraft 投資部門的副總監，她監督 Venturecraft 在台灣的投資相關事宜，並領導與公司的關鍵利益合作方建立高影響力的夥伴關係。目前她在安侯建業聯合會計師事務所負責創新與新創服務團隊，與團隊的管理顧問、財會及法律專家密切合作，共同構建促使業務成長的解決方案。Hitomi 是2018年 Girls In Tech Taiwan 40 Under 40的獲獎者，有能力將企業營運轉變為具有戰略成本效益的實體，優先實現業務目標。
