Edward started his legal career in Taipei in the early 1990s at Baker & McKenzie, but soon after joined GE in their Washington D.C. office as the company’s leading attorney on e-commerce, encryption and Internet-related issues. After leaving GE, Edward was General Counsel for China.com Corporation (NASDAQ “CHINA”), which included China.com, a pioneer in the China portal and mobile applications industry, CDC Software, a leading provider of enterprise software applications, and CDC Games, one of the leading on-line gaming providers in China.

More recently, Edward was in charge of the Asia-Pacific legal department for Dolby Laboratories, representing US$600 million in annual revenue, with a particular focus on regulatory investigations, contentious intellectual property matters and technology licensing.

1990年代初期,石皓文便在台北展開了他的法律職涯;先是任職於貝克麥堅時,爾後又加入了GE的華盛頓辦公室,作為電商、網路相關問題的領導律師。離開 GE 後,皓文又轉往 China.com,擔任法律顧問。

近期,皓文掌管杜比實驗室的亞太地區法律部門,以不同的法律條文調查,且持續地處理、排解智慧財產權與科技執照相關事宜,幫助公司達到600萬美金的年收。
